Will Your TV Bite The Dust?

The number one cause of electronic failure is dust build up in the cooling system. Don't let a little dust ruin your game day gathering or movie night. The easiest way to remove dust build up is with compressed air from a compressor, “can of air” or “Keyboard duster”. Look for the small slots on the back of your TV, this is were air enters or leaves your TV and is a good place to use compressed air. Hit every slotted section briefly with compressed air. It is also highly recommended you bring your TV in for a thorough cleaning annually. If you have any other questions or need assistance do not hesitate to contact us www.fullthrottlerepairs.com. Vacuum has No Suction

Has your vacuum started to lose its suction? In most cases lose of suction is caused by dirty filters or clogged hoses & ports. Finding some of these filters can be tricky. Many of the filters can go unnoticed by users until the vacuum completely stops working and needs service. Or the filters are never found and the vacuum is replaced shortly after the time of purchase.

Luckily Full Throttle Repairs is here to help! On most units, every filter (Besides the HEPA filter) can be cleaned with warm water. First take all the filters and dirt storage containers off your vacuum. Like mentioned earlier some filters are hard to find. So check your owners manual for reference that way no filters are missed. If your like many of us, your owners manual has never been opened and was thrown away with the box. No worries, type your model number followed by “owners manual”, or “Service manual” (ex. M132U4 Service Manual) in a Google Search. Next carefully and thoroughly rinse your filters and containers with warm water until clean. On some pieces, dish soap can be used to remove odors and tough build up. Let all the clean filters and pieces thoroughly dry over night or longer. Drying is extremely important! moisture attracts dirt, causing a mud build up that can be difficult to remove. Next replace your HEPA filter or knock it a few times against a hard surface outside. After everything is dry reassemble your vacuum and your done.

If cleaning the filters does not improve suction you may have a clogged hose. Clearing clogged hoses and tubes can be a pain. Sometimes you can clear clogs by fully extending to tube and lightly shaking the hose while the machine is running. Do not try to force anything down the tube, this will just cause more damage. In most cases its easier to take your vacuum to a professional technician to remove hose clogs.

If you need any other assistance or if you need to drop off your vacuum to be serviced check out our website www.FullThrottleRepairs.com. Remember, “Don't sweat the small things, we are here to fix them” #FullThrottleRepair #Cleaning

Is It Time For a Tune Up?

Is it time to tune up your gas powered machine?
First check your oil. If your oil is dark brown or black in color then it is time for a oil change.
Next check your air filter. If its full of dirt and grass then it will need to be cleaned or replaced
Last take out your spark plug. If your plug is covered in carbon then it will have to be refurbished or replaced.
We recommend getting a full tune up at the beginning of every season. We offer a detailed tune up service at a very affordable price. These are just the basic things to check. Another big issue to put in consideration is how long your machine has been in storage and if the machine was prepped properly for storage. Improper storage procedures is one of the main causes of machine failure. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us at Fullthrottlerepairs.com or click here
